iProperty Finders was launched in 2012 by Paul Bench and Kevin Tester. Both very talented and experienced property people in their respective fields with strong track records in property sales and lettings between them, they have joined forces to create iProperty Finders.

Paul has over 15 years’ experience selling property throughout Northamptonshire, London, Spain and Italy and has a wealth of knowledge dealing with a diverse clientele. Paul heads our Property Investment department having worked for a top London property investment company for 5 years He is the man to talk to if you want to invest in property and will run through all aspects of property investments from strategy through to buying the right property, rental profits and eventual exit.

Kevin started his Lettings career in a small independent estate agency in Wellingborough. He progressed to valuer and on to branch manager where he gained a respected reputation for his professionalism, honesty and hard work, finally achieving number one status for lets in the town.

Kevin heads the Lettings department and with his pro-active attitude and organisation skills your property will be in safe hands. Kevin knows the lettings market inside out and there is not much he does not know. Rest assured, your property will be well looked after, from finding a quality tenant to managing tenants and your property ,through to any legal and maintenance issues, statements and payments. We understand the value of that special trust that is needed between you and us.

This year we are excited to have launched our property sales department utilising our experience and our enthusiasm for straightforward business ethics, honesty and hard work! Having worked in the estate agency business over the last 15 years, we do believe the sales, lettings and investments markets have moved on, with the World Wide Web now creating over 90% of viewing inquiries. We feel the traditional estate agents have not changed at all. They are still paying for large and multiple expensive high street offices and employ 3 or 4 Negotiators with expensive cars per office, charging on average a large 1.75%+vat fee averaging £3500 in Northamptonshire!!

We can offer you an alternative!  We will do everything a traditional estate agency does for you! The difference is that you will conduct the viewings and show your own house!! This is not such a bad thing, since you live there, love your house and know the best-selling points… We will market you house THE SAME, take inquires THE SAME, set up the viewings THE SAME, and Negotiate and Sell your house THE SAME!
