Lettings Management

Management fee from 8%

The management service includes:

• Regular Check-ups - we will visit your property during the tenancy and provide you with a detailed condition report.

• Single point of contact - both you and the tenants can rest assured that all your queries will be answered by an experienced, friendly and local team.

• Call-out repairs service – We have a 24 hour team available for essential repairs and emergencies.

Maintenance and Refurbishments - as well as reactive repair work we can also arrange decorating and general building work, including new bathrooms, kitchens and full refurbishments.

• Property Furnishing - we can organise the furnishing of your whole property ready for renting or we can simply arrange for new items of furniture as and when they are required.

• Landlords Gas Safety – we will remind you when this is due and can arrange this important annual check on your behalf.

• Secure Key Holding – All keys are kept securely held in our office.

• Bespoke Services - we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive service to our landlords. If you require assistance with; removals, buildings and contents insurance, mortgages, tax advice, or portfolio building then we can definitely help.

We charge 8% per month for the property management service. The fee is deducted automatically from the rent each month.

• We can also find you tenants for your property, using our let only service. The fee for this service is from £150.

HMO Management

This is our sector that we specialise in and have a great deal of experience in.
