Due to the large number of properties we manage, we have arranged to work in partnership with J&D Services who solely undertake maintenance and repair work for iproperty Finders houses.

By having a company of tradesmen directly we keep a greater control on quality and consequently our clients get better value for works to their property.

We work with Housing Associations, Home Owners, Landlords and Loss Adjusters.

Our services include Reactive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Building Refurbishment and Alterations, Commercial Projects and Insurance Work.
